| PERSONAL PROTECTION
CVI Security's PPO division
provides Texas State licensed and insured Executive Protection,
Personal Protection, Security Guards, Vehicle Escort and Private
Investigative Services throughout the state of Texas. All CVI Security
Personal Protection Officers have either prior law enforcement or
military experience and have formal training in diplomatic services and
3rd party protection. Our PPO's can be either identified by uniform or
discrete in plain soft clothing, depending on the customer's request.
CVI also networks with other executive and personal protection service
providers, allowing for coverage throughout the U.S. and other nations.

EXECUTIVE PROTECTION
CVI is able to provide
professional executive protection services to corporate executives and
their families, dignitaries and entertainers. At CVI Security, our top
priority is to provide our clients a safer working environment without
compromising their privacy. Our protective detail design, with its
emphasis on advance site arrival and departure surveys allows us to
achieve this goal. We will survey all of the relevant locations that
your employees or executives may be visiting, to assess the security
situation including the hotel, meeting location, restaurants and
tourist attractions. We will make contact with the drivers, tour
guides, any additional personnel that our client might come into
contact with as well as local law enforcement to ensure the clients
safety before and after their visit. Our clients can concentrate on

VEHICLE ESCORTS
We specialize in valuable transports.
We have supported many transports for Museums, Jewelry Companies and
private citizens alike. We offer armed and un-armed escorted transports
for your every need. CVI can provide licensed agents to serve as
security drivers providing both an executive transportation service and
executive protection service. CVI Agents have been trained in basic
first aid and the vehicles are all equipped with first aid kits. Your
executives, celebrities and dignitaries will not only arrive at their
destination but will also have the benefit of having a highly trained
professional security agent with them for the duration of their visit.
CVI professionals will asses the situation, plan the best course of
action and carry out the transport, providing you with peace of mind

SECURITY OFFICERS
CVI
Security also provides non-commissioned and commissioned security guard
services for the Houston Metro and surrounding areas as well as
throughout the state of Texas. Our trained Security Guards are
available for short or long term assignments with as little as a 24 hr
notice. CVI's security officers undergo some of the most extensive
training requirements in order to be able to be the most efficient and
ready guards available. We can provide plain clothed Security Officers
or Officers in Tactical Security Gear, depending upon the application
and client request. Security guard services are currently available for
residential or commercial site settings or event security.
- Corporate Security: CVI Security has the ability to serve
corporations in a security capacity. Our personnel can assist with
event protection and coverage, workplace violence and employee
termination, labor disputes, meeting coverage and executive protection
- Violence: CVI also provides necessary security for any type
of work environment. Realistic unfortunate turn of events such as
layoffs, companies merging being bought out ,or sold is stressful
enough for your employees, without them being concerned with violent
reactions by some disgruntled employee or family member.
- Employee Termination: Terminations of secular employment
have become a serious threat to many companies on a nation wide scale.
CVI can do a background check to see if the individual has a history of
violence and also assist in a standby capacity during the termination
to ensure the well being of the other employees. It is sometimes
necessary to maintain a security presence for a short period after the
termination as precautionary measure in the event the employee returns.

CVI provides private
investigations, background checks, pre employment checks, criminal
history checks, person searches, and more. CVI maintains a staff of
fully licensed and highly trained private investigators. Private
investigators, through CVI, follow regimented training schedules,
updating them on all of the last techniques, procedures, and protocol.
CVI has access to advanced databases not available to the general
public, allowing for some of the most comprehensive records retrieval
available. Private investigations are available to civilians, as well
as legal and corporate affiliates. Client registration is required, and
certain restrictions apply.
